Skinnora – Delivery, Return & Authenticity Policy

1. Product Authenticity Policy

Skinnora guarantees that all skincare products sold on our platform are 100% original, authentic, and sourced from trusted suppliers.
We do not sell counterfeit, fake, or expired products under any circumstances. Customer satisfaction and product integrity are core values of our brand.


2. Delivery & Product Checking Policy

Customers are required to check the parcel in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

  • If you receive a wrong product or notice physical damage during delivery, you must return the parcel immediately to the delivery person.
  • Any complaint raised after the delivery has been completed and accepted will not be entertained.

Please ensure proper inspection before accepting the parcel.


3. Return & Cancellation Policy

  • If a customer changes their mind after placing an order and refuses to receive the product, the customer must bear both the delivery charge and return charge.
  • Sold products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the issue is identified before accepting delivery.

4. Cases Where Return Policy Will Not Apply

Returns or complaints will not be accepted in the following situations:

  1. If the product is not checked in front of the delivery personnel.
  2. If the product seal is broken or the product is fully opened after delivery.

5. Packaging Disclaimer

Please note that product packaging may change over time due to brand updates or manufacturer revisions.
Customers may receive products with old or new packaging, both of which are completely normal and do not affect product quality or authenticity.


6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Confirming orders before dispatch
  • Inspecting products at the time of delivery
  • Accepting or rejecting parcels responsibly

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in ineligibility for return or support.


7. Delivery Timeline

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 2 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 5 working days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unavoidable circumstances.
